About the role We are seeking an experienced SmartPlant P&ID As-Built Project Lead Design Engineer to manage and coordinate the engineering team for the SPPID As-Built Project in Si Racha, Thailand. This is a 1.5-year contract role starting on 1 April 2027. The position is responsible for leading project execution, ensuring the quality and accuracy of engineering data and drawings, coordinating between the refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas clients and project stakeholders, and overseeing Intelligent P&ID and engineering document management activities. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the SmartPlant P&ID As-Built engineering team Serve as the primary interface between project team and stakeholders Develop project execution plans and monitor overall progress Ensure quality and consistency of engineering data, drawings, and deliverables Identify and resolve data integrity issues, database inconsistencies, and technical challenges Review, verify, and approve work completed by SmartPlant P&ID Designers/Specialists Monitor compliance with project standards, procedures, and quality requirements Support resource planning, task allocation, and team performance monitoring Facilitate technical discussions and provide guidance to team members Prepare progress reports and participate in project review meetings About you Bachelor's degree in engineering Minimum 10 years of relevant experience At least 5 years in refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects Experience leading engi
