Project Overview & Engagement Profile The cooperation involves maintaining, scaling, and optimising core on-premise infrastructure for a major global investment bank. The primary focus centers on driving the reliability and efficiency of essential developer tools and services — including Jenkins, BitBucket, and BuildBarn — for an on-prem installation serving a user base of over 10,000 developers. The delivery of services relies on strong system administration, deep networking knowledge, and automation. While 99% of the infrastructure is Linux-based, cross-ecosystem support covering Linux, Windows, and macOS environments is required. For engagements at a Senior level, the scope extends to leading the diagnosis and resolution of complex performance bottlenecks across this large-scale infrastructure.
