Описание

We are looking for an experienced professional to own the end-to-end release process while staying hands-on with development. In this role you will spend most of your time orchestrating releases — managing deployment pipelines, coordinating across teams, and safeguarding production stability. What we expect from you: 5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development; deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning; proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes — sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures; working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies; experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar); ability to establish and enforce development and release best practices (code review, static code analysis, automated testing as release gates); strong understanding of the features and constraints of the Salesforce platform; experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g. Salesforce DevOps Centre, Gearset, Copado, Jenkins or similar); English skills sufficient for leading conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects.
