Job Purpose The IT Manager will be responsible to lead and manage the company's technology operations across retail stores, restaurants, warehouses, offices, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure while supporting business growth through technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of operational IT management, project leadership, cybersecurity governance, vendor management, and business partnership to support the company's retail, hospitality, supply chain, and corporate functions. Job Responsibilities IT Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute the company's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives. Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements and innovation. Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive digital transformation initiatives across retail, F&B, logistics, and corporate operations. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for their integration into our IT infrastructure/systems. Infrastructure & Operations Management Oversee daily IT operations and service delivery across all business locations. Ensure high availability and performance of networks, servers, cloud services, databases, and business-critical applications. Manage endpoint
