We are one global team, guided by respect, integrity, and a passion for doing better every day. 5+ years in enterprise virtualization with real design and automation experience.Design target architectures and reference blueprints.Automate provisioning and lifecycle with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and pipelines.Lead the evaluation and adoption of alternative virtualization platforms (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).Define standards and technical documentation for operations teams.Act as the technical reference in projects, migrations and architecture decisions. Automation/IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python or PowerCLI + Git.Architecture-level knowledge of VMware vSphere and software-defined environments (vSAN, NSX).Experience with at least one alternative hypervisor (KVM, OpenShift Virtualization, Nutanix AHV).VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), CI/CD, observability, ITIL 4.VMware, Red Hat (OpenShift) or Nutanix certifications.FinOps / cost optimization knowledge.Spanish and English (professional level).
