We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Application Support Engineer (L2 / L3 Support) - REMOTE to join our team in Frisco, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 application and operational support for pharmacy systems, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and production issues. Demonstrate deep understanding of pharmacy workflows, including medication dispensing, pharmacist verification, compounding, order processing and medication administration. Support and troubleshoot Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC), barcode labeling systems, medication packaging solutions, and automated dispensing technologies. Manage and maintain drug libraries, medication formularies, medication dictionaries, and clinical content updates in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Monitor, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Pharmacy Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR), billing applications, inventory management systems, and medication management platforms. Support interface management using HL7 and other healthcare integration standards to ensure seamless data exchange between pharmacy and clinical systems. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulati
