Junior Manual Tester Employment Type: Outsourcing Contract Salary Range: THB 30,000 – 45,000 per month Work Location: On-site, 5 days per week Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Manual Tester with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking industry, to perform manual testing and ensure the quality and reliability of banking systems and applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with developers and business teams. Key Responsibilities Execute manual test cases to verify system functionality and ensure compliance with business requirements. Prepare and review test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on functional specifications. Perform functional testing, regression testing, and retesting to validate system changes and bug fixes. Identify, document, and report defects with clear steps to reproduce issues. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve defects. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system integration testing when required. Participate in deployment activities and perform post-deployment verification. Prepare test execution reports and maintain testing documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. 2–3 years of experience in Manual Software Testing, preferably in the banking industry.
