Описание

Position: System Analyst Summary: Be the bridge between business and engineering at TMES. You'll gather requirements from management, project managers and customers, turn them into clear specifications in our engineering knowledge base, and plan the work for the development team building UnifyConnect — our retail platform covering back office/ERP, POS, kiosk, e-ordering, CRM and e-KYC for retail and F&B brands. Responsibilities · Run requirement sessions with the Head of Development, MD, PMs and customers; clarify scope, priorities and acceptance criteria · Analyze business processes (as-is / to-be) and map them to system flows, data and integrations · Write and maintain the knowledge base: functional specs (FSD), user flows, document lifecycles/statuses, data dictionaries, ERDs, API/integration specs and decision logs · Keep documentation versioned in Git (Markdown) and in sync with what is actually built · Break requirements into epics, user stories and tasks; maintain the backlog and sprint plan in ClickUp · Track progress, dependencies and risks; report status to management · Specify and coordinate third-party integrations (payment, e-Tax, delivery, marketplace, accounting, e-KYC) · Support QA with test scenarios and UAT; triage issues from Retail Support with the dev team · Review delivered features against requirements before release Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field · 3+ years as System Analyst
