Working Hours: Starting between 11 AM to 12 PM PKT Location: Remote, Pakistan About the Role Sperton is a recruitment and HR consultancy firm operating across multiple countries. We’re hiring a developer to build AI-powered applications for our existing platforms, new products, and our clients. You’ll connect LLMs to APIs, databases, and business systems to deliver agent workflows that automate real work in production. What You’ll Do Design and build AI agent applications and multi-step workflows that automate business tasks. Add AI features to existing Sperton applications and client systems. Support our existing team and ongoing tech work, contributing to live projects alongside current development team. Integrate LLMs, external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. Implement RAG, knowledge retrieval, and structured data extraction. Build reliable, secure systems with proper testing, logging, and monitoring. Turn business needs into practical solutions with stakeholders and dev teams. Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks and bring in what works. What You’ll Bring 4+ years in full-stack or at least backend development. Strong Python or [link] with REST API and third-party integration experience. Hands-on experience building LLM-based apps or AI agents (OpenAI or other providers). Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
