Salary: 1200-1500 PLN/day on B2B Work model: Hybrid in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, or Łódź (2–3 days per week from the office), with the possibility of remote work. Why choose this offer? Responsibilities you'll have Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and SQL. Analyze banking business requirements related to balance sheet stress testing, risk management, and regulatory reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, treasury, and risk teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Build and optimize data models supporting financial analysis, stress testing, and management reporting. Perform data validation, reconciliation, aggregation, and quality checks across multiple source systems. Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance with banking regulatory requirements.
