Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Expert Cyber Security Specialist Responsibilities Analyze application security and user access management, including access groups, user accounts and service accounts Review access-related data to identify inactive, excessive or unnecessary permissions Assess access findings and recommend actions based on business requirements Coordinate with Business stakeholders, application managers and system providers to gather information and agree on appropriate actions Engage with RACF and IAM subject matter experts to formulate actions and mitigations Facilitate onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user access and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ Develop Microsoft Copilot use cases related to Mainframe data and RACF accesses Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities Support prioritization of activities and management of scope changes Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies Requirements Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager or User Administrator in SailPoint IIQ Strong experience in IAM and application security, including access groups, user accou
