Core Responsibilities Work in close collaboration with various teams to craft and execute design strategies that focus on delivering modern user experiences through the latest technologies. Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our brand and products, collaborating effectively with different teams. Manage and direct the design cycle, including leading workshops and ensuring that all project requirements are meticulously met. Create detailed process flows, diagrams, wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, visual design mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively convey complex interaction behaviors and business objectives. Lead in designing dynamic animations, Ul elements, and innovative tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and Al-driven components for our digital assets. Perform comprehensive testing of Ul components like CTAs, banners, page layouts, and design flows, ensuring optimal functionality and design for landing pages. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology teams, as well as other internal and external partners, to develop and deliver custom digital experiences tailored to user needs. Confidently communicate and justify design decisions to executive stakeholders, and effectively incorporate their feedback into design improvements.
