Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / QA Full-time/Company: Startale Group Startale is building StartaleApp, a next-generation Web3 application that aggregates blockchain and DeFi functionality into a single user experience. The platform interacts with multiple blockchains, smart contracts, wallets, tokens, and on-chain protocols. Applicants must be located in Singapore, Tokyo, or in APAC/Asia, EMEA, or the UK. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and evolve the company’s quality engineering platform and testing architecture. - Build reusable testing frameworks, shared libraries, fixtures, and developer tooling. - Design and implement AI-assisted quality workflows using LLMs for test generation, maintenance, and failure analysis. - Create comprehensive automated test suites for frontend, backend, APIs, blockchain interactions, and Web3 flows. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD with fast feedback, parallelization, and intelligent test selection. - Develop containerized testing environments and automated performance, load, and resilience testing. Requirements: - 5+ years in SDET, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Engineering roles. - Strong software engineering skills with JavaScript or TypeScript. - Experience designing testing architecture for complex distributed systems. - Experience building scalable automation frameworks and reusable testing libraries. - Strong experience with end-to-end frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress an
