The work: We're seeking a Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the development of a mission-critical workforce planning and decision-support solution using Palantir Foundry and AIP. In this hands-on role, you'll partner directly with operational users, stakeholders, and leadership to transform complex workforce and resource allocation challenges into scalable software solutions. You'll own delivery from discovery through deployment, building products that drive real-world operational decisions.
