Basic Qualifications 8+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages with data structures or algorithms, preferred. 5+ years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products Has proven experience designing automated test and evaluation harnesses for LLMs, ensuring performance benchmarking, regression testing, and data quality across AI-driven features.
