Position Summary We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, test, and maintain artificial intelligence solutions that address business and user needs. In this role, you will work with product, data, engineering, and business teams to develop and integrate AI capabilities, from machine learning models and generative AI applications to supporting services and APIs. The ideal candidate combines strong software development skills with practical knowledge of AI technologies, data, and responsible AI principles. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications, features, services, and integrations Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs and AI solutions Develop and integrate machine learning and generative AI capabilities into software products and business workflows Prepare, process, and analyse data for AI development, working with data teams to address quality and availability issues Build and maintain APIs, services, and application components that support AI features and integrations Evaluate AI models and applications for accuracy, reliability, performance, usability, and alignment with requirements Develop and run tests, resolve defects, and improve the quality, security, and maintainability of AI solutions Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product teams, and subject matter experts throughout the development lifecycle Use version control, code review, and de
