Описание

Major Responsibilities Provide project and maintenance supports on security products such as firewall, WAF, proxy, IPS/IDS, DLP and endpoint protection, etc. Provide onsite hardware / software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and replacement. Respond to customer enquiries related to product failures, coordinating with product vendors, and documenting resolution steps for future references. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex security hardware issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical security emergencies, ensuring rapid response and resolution to minimize business impact. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, e.g. procedures, project artifacts, test cases, etc. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and maintenance records. Stay updated on emerging security technologies, threats, and industry trends, and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Higher Diploma with experience and qualifications will also be considered. Certification for Checkpoint, Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto products is an advantage. Experience 3+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security solutions and product supports.
