Introduction & Summary We are seeking a PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer to support a comprehensive application onboarding project in Poland. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in PAM controls and requirements, experience in developing custom connectors in CyberArk, and strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding pipeline within an organization. Main Responsibilities As a PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer, you will be responsible for: Supporting the PAM project as a CyberArk developer. Developing custom application connectors. Enabling PAM controls across the organization. Collecting and analyzing relevant data for onboarding. Providing PAM expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements. Experience as a CyberArk developer, specifically in creating custom connectors. Experience developing SQL connectors in CyberArk. Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills with stakeholders. Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices (on-premise and cloud). Understanding of fundamental security principles (SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust). Experience in a DevOps team within Agile/Scrum. Understanding of IT processes and the system development lifecycle. Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x). Strong technical analyti
