About the Role We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in eCommerce, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and application reliability. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional product teams to ensure application stability, improve system performance, minimize production disruptions, and drive operational excellence through automation and proactive monitoring. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines, and an understanding of SRE principles, including Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to implement reliability engineering practices and improve application availability, stability, and performance. Apply SRE best practices in alignment with organizational reliability standards and SRE governance frameworks. Monitor, manage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents across supported applications and microservices. Perform technical analysis, root cause analysis, code analysis, and log analysis to identify and resolve production issues. Improve proactive monitoring and observability to detect potential issues early and prevent service disruptions.
