Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business Analyst, Engineers, and other Designers, to create user-centered design solutions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in design related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design and user experience. Strong portfolio that demonstrates an ability to turn insights into design ideas with clear rationale and design thinking process. Strong understanding of UI principle and accessibility standards. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design rationale. Profici
