The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Job Description: We are seeking an AI Operations & Execution Specialist to drive the technical deployment and operational integration of our AI Roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Logistics Operations. You will be directly responsible for building, wiring, and maintaining a connected suite of multi-agent AI systems. Deliver AI-driven improvements to daily operations planning and execution. Partner with operations teams to define problems, measure impact and drive adoption. Maintain traceability of AI-assisted decisions, including logs and rationale. Set and review guardrails and thresholds for automated recommendations. Communicate progress, risks and results to leadership and cross-functional partners.
