Responsibilities: Create business report that provides insights into key business points and how to achieve business goals in short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans with the corporate plan Design business platform and data recording system for use throughout each department Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure quality of data and accuracy Regularly examine data in reports and transform to management information Analysis data/ information and plan strategies to achieve department goals and corporate goals Create key performance indices to control processes and assure the results/ performance Support various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and back office in reaching their goals through analysis reports Regularly monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant fields. 3-10 years of experience in Business analyst, data analysis, sales analysis other related fields. Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Query and data modeling. Particularly Excel formulas and SAP. Good command in English communication (TOEIC at least 550) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
