About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactively minded Data Analyst to join the Decision Support team. Reporting directly to the Manager of Decision Support, this role is critical in transforming our department's reporting capabilities from manual data tracking to dynamic, actionable business intelligence. The primary focus of this position is to support the business by ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and easy to understand. You will be responsible for extracting spend data from SAP, enhancing our reporting visuals in Power BI, and using standard office automation tools to streamline daily tasks. Crucially, this role acts as a right hand to the Manager, helping to drive deal analytics, optimize sourcing decisions, and track savings realization across the Supply Chain function. Key responsibilities Extract and organize data from SAP to generate clear reports on Actual Spend versus budget and forecast, helping the business understand financial performance Upgrade and maintain Power BI dashboards, focusing on creating professional, easy-to-read visuals that help leadership make quick decisions Work to connect data from different internal sources to create a unified view of departmental performance Regularly review and clean departmental data to ensure that all reports are based on accurate and consistent information Identify repetitive manual tasks (like data entry or email approvals) and build simple automation solutions using various tools Assist in
