Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Incubation & Business Case Development Translate C-Suite Vision: Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to scope strategic directives into clear project charters, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics (OKRs/KPIs). Feasibility & Financial Modeling: Conduct rapid market feasibility assessments, quantitative analysis, unit economic modeling, and risk assessments for regional growth opportunities and partnerships prior to full-scale deployment. 2. End-to-End Execution & Agile Delivery Manage Priority Portfolio: Lead a dynamic portfolio of fast-paced initiatives simultaneously—spanning new market development, new business partnerships with upstream and downstream dental industry players, internal product development and product launch, software and user-environment development, cross-border operational integrations, joint ventures, and internal transformations. Hands-on Delivery & Troubleshooting: Drive day-to-day squad progress to ensure milestones are met on schedule, proactively untangling operational bottlenecks and pivoting strategy as business needs shift. 3. Executive Alignment & Stakeholder Management Cross-Departmental Bridge: Connect the CEO’s office with core functional leadership (Operations, Finance, Commercial, Regulatory, R&D) across international markets. Executive Reporting: Prepare concise, data-driven executive dashboards, briefing notes, and board-level presentations for the CEO. 4. Squad Operating Rhythm & Handov
