Position Summary The Professional Services Consultant has a responsibility to discover, design, consult, and implement Druva solutions for new and existing customers and provide best practices and guide the customer during the entire implementation cycle. In addition, this would also include providing technical consultation on Druva’s Data Security Services and Disaster Recovery Services and conducting Cyber Simulations, Security assessments, assistance with Ransomware Recovery and Disaster Recovery Playbooks and Runbooks, configuration and integration of SIEM/SOAR tools, etc. As a member of the Professional Services team, this role will engage and drive customer success.
