Role Description Softdocs is looking for a technology and client-oriented professional who is passionate about software implementation and revolutionizing the education sector.  The mission of the Professional Services Team is to provide a superior client onboarding experience that builds a solid foundation for adoption of our products across their academic institution. Business Solutions Consultants are a key part of the implementation project team, which delivers Softdocs 'sEtrieve software to new clients and provides software consulting services.  Business Solutions Consultants will own all the functional business analysis to identify how Softdocs ’s products can best be utilized by the various users across an educational institution.   The role reports to the Manager of Professional Services.   Responsibilities Makes clients wildly successful through their onboarding experience to Softdocs ’s Etrieve  Partners with Project Manager to ensure sat
