About Hashgraph : Hashgraph is a fast-growing software company committed to supporting, developing and servicing Hedera, an open source, proof-of-stake platform. Hedera is EVM-compatible and has been specifically built to meet the needs of enterprise and web3 applications, which require speed, security, stability and sustainability. Hedera’s public network is governed by industry-leading organizations, spanning 11 sectors and 14 regions who oversee the development and direction of the decentralized platform. Why this role exists: Assets are landing on ledgers faster than anyone has built a way to move them between ledgers. Collateral sits on one chain while the position it should be margining sits on another. Delivery-versus-payment and payment-versus-payment both work inside a single ledger and both break the moment the two legs live in different places. The available workarounds are bridges, which have lost more than $2.8 billion since 2021. The team that built Hedera from the ground up is now building a cross-ledger solution for institutional settlement: collateral mobility, DvP, PvP, cross-border payments, and FX across public and private ledgers that do not otherwise interoperate.
