Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead Key Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, GraphQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, Observability Experience: 5+ YOE Location: LATAM Mode: Remote We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead (17219-1-4) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Review technical requirements, refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and break down complex initiatives into manageable deliverables. Guide architectural and technical decisions while ensuring consistency across services and engineering teams. Lead code reviews, refactoring initiatives, component redesign, technical debt reduction, and performance optimization. Improve microservices observability through effective monitoring, logging, tracing, troubleshooting, and reliability practices. Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation activities with Security and DevOps teams. Mentor developers, resolve complex technical challenges, and promote software engineering best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily meetings, and effort estimation. Coordinate technical dependencies and align engineering approaches across multiple teams. Drive continuous improvement across CI/CD
