Join OneAdvanced The Product Manager is responsible for the successful development, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the Legal Portfolio. The role acts as the voice of the customer, translating customer needs, business priorities, data insights, and market opportunities into a clear and prioritised product backlog and roadmap. Working closely with engineering, design, commercial, marketing, and customer-facing teams, this role ensures that solutions deliver measurable customer and business value while maintaining high standards of quality, usability, performance, and compliance. The role also leverages AI-enabled capabilities and tools to enhance product outcomes, accelerate discovery, and improve decision-making. This is a hybrid role based out of our York or Birmingham office, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office weekly or monthly as required. What You Will Do Own and manage the product backlog end to end, leads sprint plans, backlog grooming, and release planning. Ensure features, enhancements, defects, technical debt, and risks are effectively prioritised to maximise customer and business value. Lead customer discovery activities, including customer interviews, feedback analysis, research, and insight gathering to identify user needs and opportunities.
