Join WOOD Federal Solutions as a Database Administrator supporting a large, complex, mission-focused operational environment where database performance, security, and reliability are critical. This role is ideal for an experienced DBA who can operate confidently across enterprise database platforms while also supporting rigorous security and compliance requirements. You will work with technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB , helping maintain secure, highly available database environments through patching, vulnerability remediation, recovery support, scripting, and performance-focused administration. The role also includes implementing and maintaining DISA STIGs, reviewing SRG requirements, supporting RMF and ATO activities, managing IAVA-related updates, and collaborating with ISSOs and technical teams to resolve security and operational issues. This position offers the opportunity to combine deep database administration expertise with hands-on security responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
