Software Product Manager Location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of Lumio , our software platform that enables NGOs to customise and deliver online and offline fundraising campaigns. The successful candidate will also act as the Project Manager for projects involving Lumio , managing projects from planning through to delivery and implementation. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across product development, software delivery and project management , and who can effectively bridge the needs of customers, business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Product Management Own the product roadmap and ongoing development of Lumio. Gather and analyse customer and business requirements and translate them into product features. Define product requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria. Work closely with software developers and UI/UX designers throughout the product development lifecycle. Manage product backlog and prioritise features based on business and customer needs. Coordinate product releases, enhancements and continuous improvement. Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation. Project Management & Delivery Act as Project Manager for projects involving Lumio, from initiation through to implementation and handover.
