Описание

We are looking for candidates specializing in daily investment transactions processing and related projects implementation. Job Description Data Centre Construction Support & Operations: Perform daily inspection and monitoring of the local Hong Kong data centre (UPS, precision air-conditioning, fire suppression, access control and environmental controls); participate in data centre construction and refurbishment projects, covering requirements liaison, site management and acceptance; manage server, storage and network equipment installation, removal, cabling and labelling in accordance with house standards. Network Operations & Optimisation: Under the Group's unified operations standards and change management process, carry out daily operation, approved configuration changes, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of the Bank's local network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.) to ensure high availability of network services. Incident Response & Problem Resolution: Participate in emergency response in accordance with the Bank's incident management and incident escalation procedures; assist in rapid diagnosis and resolution of hardware failures and network anomalies; prepare post-mortem reports and follow up implementation of improvement actions as required.
