About Syllo Syllo is on a mission to transform litigation. Our product is a unified litigation platform that enables lawyers and paralegals to safely harness the power of language models and agentic AI throughout the litigation life cycle. Since going to market, we have gained a diverse group of enterprise customers, including some of the biggest law firms and corporations in the country, and we are quickly expanding. By reducing the expense of litigation industry-wide, we aim to improve access to high-quality representation and promote the alignment of legal outcomes with merit. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the team with UX brainstorming and guidance. Responsibilities Provide design support and UX perspective. Audit the product to spot areas where we need to implement the design system and create tickets to drive execution. Proactively audit key workflows with an eye towards making them more intuitive. Helping clean up UX experiences that feel too complex, simplify them and bring them to fruition in intuitive patterns. Implement Design System rules and continue the UX patterns being built in Syllo Qualifications At least 8 yrs demonstrating UI/UX experience solving complex products. Before and After case builds are a must. Experience understanding types of users and ways to get the users' needs transferred into intuitive workflows.
