Project Lead / Scrum Master About the Role We are looking for a Project Lead / Scrum Master to support the development of a global digital platform by facilitating collaboration, coordinating delivery and helping a cross-functional team achieve its business objectives. You will work closely with international stakeholders and specialists across technology, product, design, marketing and content. You will help establish effective ways of working, manage priorities and dependencies, and promote a product-oriented mindset focused on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives. Coordinate delivery, priorities, dependencies, timelines and risks. Help the team remove blockers and continuously improve its processes and collaboration. Work with stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans and deliverables. Promote ownership, accountability and a focus on business value. Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
