Key Responsibilities Requirements Engineering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions. Agile Delivery: Partner with Product Owners and dev teams to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria in Scrum/Kanban setups. Process Optimization: Map end-to-end business workflows to identify automation opportunities and process efficiencies. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate alignment between business teams and technical delivery squads through clear, transparent communication. Testing Support: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations. Requirements (Must-Have) Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst . Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira / Confluence. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken, C1+). Experience within the Pharmaceutical / BioPharma sector, particularly in R&D environments.
