Join our Team About this opportunity Ericsson Inc. seeks an Engineer - Services Software (Integration Engineer) in Bellevue, WA; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to define, prepare, implement, validate, and document system configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility. What you will do Install and integrate hardware and/or software components according to customer solution requirements. Prepare, verify, and document scripts to ensure accuracy prior to execution, supporting customer needs. Prepare system test, module test and acceptance test. Develop and execute test cases to achieve accurate results on the first attempt, resolving issues as needed. Implement automation and stay current with the latest technologies and best practices to continually enhance integration processes and perform system upgrades and expansions as necessary. Offer support and guidance to customer support teams during software production rollout. Manage and coordinate integration projects, collaborating closely with software developers, network engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve successful integration. Execute product configuration, integration and migration work. Participate in requirement gathering and collaborate with Solutions Architects to identify integration needs. Perform operation, administration and troubleshooting. Explore new technology/technical areas and grow within a team who shares knowledge and enables competence build. Hybrid work
