Job AI Platform Engineer Description ABOUT THE ROLE: Position Overview Deluxe is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to help operate, automate, and improve production AI services used across media, localization, workflow automation, and application platforms. This role sits at the intersection of MLOps, platform engineering, DevOps, and production operations. The AI Platform Engineer will focus on making AI systems reliable and usable in production. This includes model deployment, inference services, monitoring, release automation, observability, performance, cost optimization, and operational support. The role will work closely with AI Engineers, Cloud Platform Engineers, product teams, and application engineering teams to ensure AI capabilities can be safely and consistently delivered into Deluxe workflows and products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Build and operate platforms for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production AI models and services. Support model-serving environments, inference pipelines, deployment workflows, and release automation. Develop automation for model packaging, promotion, validation, rollout, rollback, and lifecycle management. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability for AI services, including performance, latency, availability, error rates, and cost. Partner with AI Engineers to move models, workflows, and AI services from prototype to production. Partner with cloud platform, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure AI services ru
