Требования: What we are looking for: Strong programmer in Python, with C++ (CMake) a strong plus and TypeScript a plus. Good at library and API design: clear module boundaries, versioned interfaces and deprecation paths, so others can depend on kort safely. Package ecosystem and CI: Linux packaging (RPM/dnf), GitLab CI and containers, so modules are easy to build, release and consume. Uses AI coding agents productively, for example for large mechanical refactorings, while caring about the quality and testability of what gets merged. Soft skills: Comfortable with cleanup work: large refactorings done step by step behind tests, deleting code, moving reporting and collectors out of STM without breaking operations. Thinks in terms of the developers who use STM: examples and docs so teams can use kort without help from our team. Good social and communication skills Fluent in English and preferably Norwegian Pro-active team player who feels responsible and enjoys challenging themselves Have a drive for excellence Other useful skills Kubernetes/Helm is a plus, not a requirement.
