Unleash the Power of Secure Infrastructure — Become a Senior HashiCorp Vault & Terraform Engineer! Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (4 remote days per week). As a Senior HashiCorp Vault & Terraform Engineer , you will be working for our client, a leading enterprise managing complex multi-faceted IT environments. You will play a pivotal role in securing, automating, and optimizing on-premises infrastructure, delivering innovative solutions that bolster organizational security and operational efficiency. Join us to lead strategic improvements and influence the future of enterprise-grade vault management. Your main responsibilities: Provide expert consultation to new consumers for integrating with an on-prem HashiCorp Vault environment. Advise on onboarding strategies, including best practices for Secrets Engines and Authentication methods. Develop comprehensive documentation and self-help materials to empower developers for independent onboarding. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service health and resilience. Lead strategic programs, offering SME insights in solution design. Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams. Manage ad-hoc out-of-hours work aligned with change management protocols. You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 3 years of experience working in a HashiCorp Vault environment (preferably on-premises). 3+ years of experience using HashiCorp Terraform and developing automation
