Role Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: Warsaw, hybrid Contract Type: Umowa o Pracę - full time employment [phone] zl gross/month - negotiable What you’ll do: Engineer the backend foundations behind data-intensive products and AI-powered tools. Create reliable data workflows to prepare and move information between systems. Bring LLM-based features from experimentation into real-world applications. Develop APIs and independent services that meet demanding performance and reliability requirements. Strengthen deployment processes, system monitoring and operational stability. Partner with research, data and product teams to turn technical ideas into usable solutions. Share expertise and help other engineers improve their technical approach. What you bring 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience. Strong programming skills in Java, Python or Go. Practical experience with data engineering and batch or streaming processing. Experience implementing generative AI or LLM-based functionality. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Docker and container orchestration. Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing and Infrastructure as Code. Solid SQL skills and experience working with different types of databases. A degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Strong English communication skills. Nice to know: Exposure to financial services or investment-related technology.
