Cornell University's IT at Cornell team is seeking a customer-focused Print Technician to support CU Print, Cornell's campus-wide printing service. In this highly visible role, you'll be the go-to person ensuring students, faculty, and staff have reliable access to printing services across campus. You'll spend your days working directly with campus partners, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, supporting over 140 student printing locations, and helping create an exceptional customer experience.
