We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Technology Team! The Platform Engineer is an entry-level engineering role responsible for learning and supporting the platforms, tools, and technologies that enable GreatAmerica's business and technology operations. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, this role contributes to platform maintenance, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities while building foundational technical, operational, and business knowledge. As a Platform Engineer, you will: Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of platform capabilities under guidance. Support platform lifecycle activities including provisioning, configuration, upgrades, patching, and monitoring. Assist with automation and continuous improvement initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Monitor platform health and follow established procedures to identify, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate issues. Support incident, problem, and change management processes. Follow established security, compliance, and operational controls. Document work activities, processes, configurations, and solutio
