POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a SPMS Application Administrator to support, configure, and optimize shipboard and shoreside hospitality systems. This role is responsible for application administration, production support, system integrations, reporting, security, and operational readiness across a 24/7 environment. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Application Administration Administer, maintain, and configure SPMS environments, including users, roles, permissions, and operational settings. Perform upgrades, patches, deployments, and system health monitoring. Production Support Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for shipboard and shoreside application issues in a 24/7 operational environment. Troubleshoot logs,
