Your Team, Your Impact Corporate TechOps (Database) group is responsible for building, managing, and supporting enterprise applications, engineering databases, and associated application environments. What You Can Expect Plan and respond to service outages including backups and restores Monitor system performance and diagnose software and hardware failures to resolution Provide patch management and distribution capabilities to prevent new threats with minimized physical infrastructure impacts Provide data cleansing services, verify data integrity, and implement access controls Perform database configuration, monitoring, and tuning Provide routine maintenance including problem defect analysis and resolution, space, storage, object management, physical database layout, rollback segment management, and temporary space management Support logs and alerts, access rights and roles, database instance version control, new IDs, roles, auth
