The Work : ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform. The work includes modernizing the full grants lifecycle using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector, integrating with government and legacy systems, and delivering capabilities through an Agile methodology. Job Location: Remote, within the U.S. *If you accept this position, you should note that ICF does monitor employee work locations blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections. What You Will Do: Engage government stakeholders and program offices to analyze current grants processes, identify pain points, and define requirements across the grants lifecycle. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and system requirements supporting configuration-first development using Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector. Facilitate requirements sessions and document common enterprise capabilities and program-specific variations. Prioritize and refine the product backlog with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and product leadership. Document process flows, requirements, business rules, data needs, integration requirements, user guides, and release-readiness artifacts.
