The Senior BI Analyst will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and managing internal dashboards and reports that track key business metrics and operational performance. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Finance, Operations, People Analytics, and Delivery—to ensure high-quality insights and data accuracy across the organization. As a Lead Power BI Analyst, this role will also be expected to bring a strong understanding of business performance, analytics, and insights across the organization. The individual will work across a range of business areas and stakeholders, developing reporting and analytical solutions that not only provide visibility into performance, but also help leaders understand trends, drivers, opportunities, and areas requiring action.
