Job Description Provide end-to-end IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure , including workstations, servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. Administer user access management , including Active Directory, identity management, and Single Sign-On (SSO). Implement and maintain endpoint management systems , including device provisioning, monitoring, and updates across Windows and macOS environments. Oversee IT asset management , ensuring accurate tracking of hardware, software licenses, and related documentation. Ensure the organization’s IT systems comply with information security policies and standards , including support for ISO 27001 audits and controls . Develop and implement automation or scripting solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to improve operational efficiency. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively imp
