About Open Standard Open Standard is building internet-native money. We believe that much like data moved to the cloud, dollars will move on-chain. As this transition occurs, stablecoins will become core financial infrastructure. To do that, we are building Open USD ([link] OUSD is live across Base, Ethereum, Solana, and Tempo, with Coinbase, Mastercard, Shopify, Stripe, and Visa as founding partners. We are still very early, and the engineers joining now will shape both the product and the company. About the Role We’re looking for a Smart Contract Engineer to help build the on-chain and off-chain infrastructure behind Open USD. You’ll work across smart contracts, protocol design, blockchain infrastructure, indexing, monitoring, and the systems that turn on-chain activity into reliable products. This is not a role where you only write contracts. We care deeply about how protocols work in production: how events are indexed, how state is reconstructed, how off-chain systems respond to on-chain activity, and how we make the overall system reliable and usable at scale. You’ll have significant ownership over architecture, implementation, security, and the technical foundations of Open Standard. What You'll Do Design and build smart contracts supporting OUSD across multiple blockchains. Build infrastructure around minting, burning, transfers, rewards, and other protocol functionality. Design indexing and event-driven systems that reliably turn on-chain activity into us
