Описание

The EA Tool Business Analyst will support the design, development, testing, release and adoption of the Bank’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tool. The role acts as a bridge between Enterprise Architecture stakeholders, the Bank’s application teams, and the delivery team developing and testing the EA Tool, ensuring that business needs are understood, translated into actionable backlog items and delivered with appropriate quality and control. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised and comfortable operating as part of multidisciplined software product team. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, disciplined follow-through and the ability to provide clear progress updates to multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities · Product design and requirements: Participate actively in EA Tool product design discussions, workshops and backlog refinement sessions. Understand the problem domain of user needs, business processes and governance requirements, and translate them into clear functional requirements, design documentation, process flows, acceptance criteria and well-structured user stories. · User stories and backlog readiness: Create, refine and maintain user stories throughout the product lifecycle. Ensure scope, dependencies, assumptions, business rules and expected outcomes are documented and aligned with relevant stakeholders before development. · Prototype and UI design: Develop practical prototypes, wireframes and scree
