Unleash the power of quality assurance — shape secure, reliable software in a dynamic environment! Hybrid opportunity in Kraków – 6 days/month in the office, with 4 days remote. As a Manual QA Tester – Agile and API Focus , you will be working for our client, a global leader in cybersecurity, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and enabling secure digital transformation. You will collaborate within an agile, DevSecOps environment at HSBC's Global Cybersecurity (CSAT) function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software that meets security and performance standards. Your main responsibilities: Manage backlogs and define new requests with product owners, including creating clear and testable acceptance criteria. Drive testing phases and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. Develop and maintain manual test artifacts, metrics, and environments aligned with project objectives. Participate in the creation of test strategies and plans covering application components. Provide detailed test scenarios supporting automation and performance testing initiatives. Analyze application logs to identify exceptions, perform initial triage, and report bugs. Collaborate with teams to achieve consensus and progress on testing deliverables.
